This extraordinary high-jewelry suite by Van Cleef & Arpels is a tour de force of mid-century French craftsmanship and versatile design. Circa 1965, this convertible set represents the pinnacle of the Maison's creative ingenuity, offering multiple ways to wear these magnificent gemstones.

The Necklace & Bracelet

The necklace features 11 perfectly matched oval-shaped sapphires, totaling approximately 67 carats. These "No Heat" blue sapphires possess a deep, saturated hue of remarkable purity. Each center stone is framed by a brilliant halo of round diamonds, seamlessly spaced by marquise-shaped diamonds to create a fluid, shimmering line. For added versatility, the center of the necklace is detachable, converting into a 6.75-inch bracelet.

The Clip-Brooch & Centerpiece

Accompanying the necklace is a stunning clip-brooch of cluster design, featuring 5 oval-shaped sapphires surrounded by a dazzling array of marquise, pear-shaped, and round diamonds. This piece includes an additional fitting that allows the brooch to be integrated as the centerpiece of the necklace for maximum impact.

Exceptional Diamonds & Provenance

The suite is lavishly set with approximately 125.00 carats of diamonds of exceptional F-G color and VVS-VS clarity. Each piece is fully signed "Van Cleef & Arpels," numbered, and bears French assay, maker's, and workshop marks.
The suite is presented in its original signed brooch box and necklace folder, complete with the original screwdriver used for converting the brooch mounting. This is a rare opportunity for serious collectors to acquire a complete, museum-quality suite from one of the world's most prestigious jewelry houses.
