A: Domestic orders usually ship via FedEx Overnight and arrive within 1–2 business days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Q: Can I pick up my purchase in person?
A: Yes, local pickup is available at our New York City showroom. Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduling an appointment is encouraged. Please note that New York sales tax applies to in-person pickups.
Q: Do you offer insured shipping?
A: Yes, all shipments are fully insured for the purchase price during transit.

Q: Are your items authentic?
A: Yes, all our pieces are carefully vetted for authenticity. Signed pieces from brands like Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Tiffany & Co., and Bulgari include maker’s marks. Some items also come with certificates from GIA, GRS, or other reputable labs.
Q: What does “signed jewelry” mean?
A: Signed jewelry refers to pieces that carry the official signature or hallmark of a designer or jewelry house, confirming their origin and authenticity.
Q: What is estate jewelry?
A: Estate jewelry is any previously owned piece. It can range from antique and vintage to contemporary. Each piece is professionally inspected and described with care.
Q: What does “vintage” mean in jewelry?
A: “Vintage” typically refers to jewelry that is at least 20–30 years old. These pieces often reflect distinct design styles from past eras, such as Art Deco or Retro, and may have collectible value.
Q: Do your items come with certification?
A: Select items include certification from GIA, GRS, or other gemological labs. If a certificate is available, it will be noted in the product description and included with your purchase.
Q: Do your pieces come with appraisals?
A: Select pieces include an appraisal upon request. If you'd like a formal appraisal for insurance purposes, please contact us after purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Q: What is the difference between estate, vintage, and antique jewelry?

Q: Are your diamonds natural or lab-grown?
A: We exclusively offer natural, earth-mined diamonds. Spectra Fine Jewelry does not sell lab-grown or synthetic diamonds.

Q: Can a ring be resized?
A: Many of our rings can be resized, depending on the design and materials. Contact us before purchasing to confirm if resizing is possible.
Q: Do you offer engraving?
A: At this time, we do not offer custom engraving.
