Refund policy

At Spectra Fine Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange or store credit within 5 business days from the point of signature, under the following conditions:
  • All contents of original shipped merchandise are included in the return.
  • Jewels are unworn, with original tags attached.
  • All merchandise must be in the same (undamaged) condition unless you notify us of damages within 24 hours of signature acceptance.
  • The merchandise is not a custom order, personalized/engraved, resized, or altered in any way - which are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
  • The merchandise was not specified as ineligible for return in the original description and invoice (please note a select few pieces are not eligible for return due to the fragile nature of the piece).

Specifications about your return:
  • Refunds are processed through the same method of payment used in the original purchase.
  • Buyers may also opt for store credit in lieu of the same payment method return.
  • International purchases will be refunded in USD.
  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees and associated costs.
  • Spectra Fine Jewelry can provide a return shipping quote with discounted and insured shipping labels before your return.
