The magnificent stone is held with four 18K yellow gold talon prongs and surrounded by a flush halo setting composed of 16 round brilliant-cut diamonds weighing an estimated total of 1.2 carats, and further surrounded by a double floating halo composed of 28 pear-shape diamonds weighing an estimated total of 7.05 carats.
