Nothing melts your heart and gets it pumping at the same time quite like a beautifully cut and shaped heart-shape diamond. Or in this case, two heart-shape diamonds. This Signed Sabbadini Diamond Pendant Necklace, made in Italy in the 21st century, circa 2010s, is crafted in 18K yellow gold and features two graduated heart-shape diamonds of H color and VS-SI clarity. The larger diamond weighs an estimated 2.48 carats, set with 5 talon prongs, and the smaller diamond stacked on top weighs an estimated 0.35 carat set with 2 talon prongs and a shared prong between the two stones. The double-heart double-diamond pendant is suspended from two points on a 17-inch (43 cm) round link chain. The chain can be adjusted down to 16 inches (40 cm) and 15 inches (38 cm).
