These Bulgari Vintage Pearl Ruby Diamond Button Earrings, made in Italy in the 21st century, circa 2000s, are crafted in 18K yellow gold and feature two round white cultured pearls at the center of stunning sculptural pear shapes embellished with modernist halos of pavé diamonds. The round brilliant-cut diamonds weigh an estimated total of 2.50 carats of G color and VS clarity. The pear shape earrings are topped with cabochon red rubies and accented with instantly recognizable geometric motifs of the Parentesi collection, rendered in highly polished gold. The earrings are Signed Bvlgari with Italian assay marks for 18 karat gold and stamped with a serial number that will be provided to potential buyers.

Bulgari’s now iconic Parentesi collection originated in the late 1970s and launched in 1982, just as the Italian luxury house was introducing angular forms, vibrant colors, oval elements with cabochons from 17th-century Indian tradition, gold settings with diamonds, and rounded flattened links.
